Whoever refuses to answer — even knowing the answer — out of fear of being imprecise, condemns the other person to complete ignorance.

How many truths
stay caught in the throat
of those who know,
but fear being misunderstood?

How many answers
were shelved away
for fear of sounding like madness?

How many people
were mocked
for not being understood
in a society
that mistakes skepticism for wisdom?

The silence of those who know
is just as responsible for ignorance
as the refusal
of those who won't listen.
